What I learned from Annie Sutton • A #happyheadshot session with Cleveland mayoral candidate Annie Sutton brought me up to date on the historic Oak Springs School project in Cleveland. She shared memories of attending the school, one of three in the county serving black students prior to integration. Recently renovated, thanks to SPLOST funds and the talent of Ron Cantrell Construction, Inc., it will soon house the city’s police department. Ultimately, the sturdy brick building will serve as a community center and a museum.
